MECHANIC SCREW PRESS FOR VEGETABLE OIL EXTRACTION

Mechanical extraction test cycles with controlled temperature for the evaluation of extraction yields in oil and solid cake

PELLETTIZER

(Pellet machinery)

Pelletization test cycles of lignocellulosic biomasses, pure or mixed. Suitable for the production of wood pellets or materials different from wood (e.g. Agripellet). In some conditions the Biomass Lab is supported by producers of pelletizing plants

REACTORS FOR HIGH PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE PROCESS

Discontinuous reactor to perform reaction cycles and treatments in controlled temperature and pressure conditions.

DILUITION TUNNEL

(Combustion test)

The device allows to determine the composition of the combustion gases of pellet os solid biofuels stoves evaluating the volatile condensable component. This is a more accurate method to test domestic biomass combustion plants.

THERMAL TREATMENT FOR WOOD AND BIOMASS

Heat treatment and / or roasting cycles on biomass or wood material. 

DE-HAULING FOR SEEDS

Tests on oilseed seeds through which it is possible to evaluate the efficiency of this process in energy and industrial chains.
